Most China sourcing agents charge 10%–15% commission. We charge 8% as an early-stage rate — competitive enough to earn your business, sustainable enough to give every order real attention. As we grow and our case portfolio expands, rates for new clients will normalize toward the market. Early clients keep their rate.
For very small orders (under ~$1,250), 8% doesn't cover the time we spend on the ground — factory visits, sample checks, production follow-up. The $100 minimum ensures we can still give your order proper attention without cutting corners.
No. You pay the factory directly, and you see the exact factory quote. Our commission is separate and transparent. We have no incentive to steer you toward more expensive factories — our job is to find the right factory at the right price.
We recommend staged payments to the factory: 30% deposit, 40% after production confirmation with real photos/video, 30% before shipping after quality inspection. You can pay via PayPal, Wise, Alipay, or bank transfer. Our commission is invoiced separately at each stage.
If we can't find a suitable factory, you pay nothing. If production issues arise, we work to resolve them at no extra cost — it's our job to get it right. Your satisfaction is the only thing that earns us repeat business.
Yes — small orders are where we add the most value. Large agencies often reject orders under $10,000 because the commission doesn't cover their overhead. We built our process specifically for startups and small brands. A 500-unit order today can become a 50,000-unit order next year — we treat every client like they're going to grow.
