About
Most overseas buyers will never set foot in the factories that make their products. That's a problem — because what you can't see can cost you. That's why I'm here.
I live in China. I visit factories in person. I check samples with my own hands. And I treat every client's order like it's my own money on the line.
I see many buyers looking for suppliers, and most of the time the first idea is: find the factory, get the lowest price, cut out the middleman.
I understand why people think this way. Factory price sounds better. Direct contact sounds safer. But in real sourcing — especially when you are still small — the real problem is often not just "can I find a factory?" The bigger questions are:
Most factories are built for production, not for hand-holding small buyers. That is not because they are bad. It is just not their business model.
Big sourcing companies can also be good. They may have better systems and more experience. But if you are a small client, you may not get much attention there either.
So in many cases, the most realistic option is not "factory only" or "big company only". It is finding the right middle person or small team who fits your stage.
A good middleman should help you communicate, compare suppliers, check samples, take real photos and videos, combine packages, arrange shipping, and tell you when something looks wrong. That work has value.
Of course, you still need to be careful. A bad middleman can make things worse. But a good one can save you from many mistakes — especially when you are new to buying from China.
This is exactly why I built chinapartnerhub.com. Not to be another sourcing agent who forwards emails. But to be the person on the ground who actually takes responsibility for the outcome.
I work best with small to mid-sized brands, e-commerce sellers, and startups — people doing $5,000 to $100,000 orders who can't afford a bad supplier decision. If you are building a brand, stable quality usually matters more than saving a few dollars. Two products can look the same in photos, but the material, finish, defect rate, and after-sales risk can be very different.
I don't work with everyone. If your only concern is the absolute lowest price, I'm not the right partner. Sourcing is not just about removing every middleman — it is about building the right process for your order size, product type, and risk level.
If you value quality, reliability, and having someone who tells you the truth — even when it's not what you want to hear — let's talk.
Not stock photos. Not a virtual office. Real places where I inspect products, check samples, and manage production for clients.
I walk production lines myself. I check equipment, talk to workers, and verify that the factory can actually deliver what they promise. No staged tours. No "our partner visited." I'm there, in person.
Every sample goes through my hands before you see it. I check material quality, stitching, finishing, weight, and packaging — and I tell you honestly if something is off. This step alone saves my clients from 80% of sourcing disasters.

A few principles that guide every decision.
If a factory is wrong for your order, I'll tell you — even if finding a replacement takes more work. Bad news early is cheaper than bad news after deposit.
You pay factories directly. My commission is transparent and separate. I have zero incentive to push you toward more expensive options.
If I can't do a good job for you, I'll say so upfront. I don't take orders I can't execute well. Reputation matters more than revenue.
A 500-unit order today could be a 50,000-unit order next year. I treat every client like they're going to grow — because the good ones do.
I answer my own messages. No assistants, no automated replies. Send me what you're working on and I'll tell you honestly if I can help.
