The specific scope of services is defined in individual agreements with each client.
Our fees are based on a commission model (percentage of order value) or fixed service fees as agreed with each client. Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. We recommend staged payments to factories for production orders. chinapartnerhub.com does not hold client funds — payments are made directly between the client and the factory.
Our free supplier verification service is a desktop research service provided at no cost and with no obligation. It is intended as an introductory service. The free verification does not constitute a guarantee of supplier performance, and chinapartnerhub.com is not liable for decisions made based on the verification report alone.
chinapartnerhub.com acts as a sourcing partner and advisor. We exercise professional diligence in factory selection, verification, and production oversight, but we do not manufacture products ourselves. We are not liable for factory-caused quality defects, production delays, or shipping issues that occur despite our reasonable oversight. Our liability is limited to the amount of service fees paid for the specific order in question.
Client product designs, specifications, and brand materials remain the intellectual property of the client. We treat all client information as confidential and do not share, reuse, or disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.
Either party may terminate a sourcing engagement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for fees corresponding to services already rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith, and failing that, through arbitration in Guangzhou, Guangdong.
